Purchase, install and start up an Oxygen Plant with a System to recharge Portable Tubes with a 150 BAR high pressure compressor, to produce the oxygen necessary for the Rauch Municipal Health System, replacing the current method based on the purchase of said input. to a single supplier from another location. This will allow us to become independent from the will of suppliers regarding delivery times, prices and availability, avoiding supply cuts.
