The objective of the project is the acquisition of machines and bakery utensils and classroom equipment to teach and professionally train the residents of the institution Bom Samaritano.

The impact of this project, with a preventive and transforming purpose, is the training of new professionals in this needy community. Every 09 months, a new class will learn the baker's trade. In addition to providing tools for learning a profession, the project will provide income for the family and community of the inmates (85 men), minimizing situations of risk, poverty and malnutrition with sustainable solutions with lasting impact.
