Rotary International Projects Fair Program

We are honored to invite you to participate in the Rotary International humanitarian projects fair.

Host countries of the Fair: Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru. Invitation extended to the other Rotary International districts to participate, becoming one of the largest Rotary Humanitarian Project Fairs.

REGISTER YOUR PROJECT ;

To register your project you only have to access the link www.rotaryprojectsfair.org The projects will be limited to a value of $80,000 (eighty thousand) dollars, and cannot exceed this value, so that you can more easily find support for your projects.

MAXIMUM LIMIT OF PROJECTS PER DISTRICT;

Each district may register a maximum of 5 (five) projects on the site.
Only projects that are 100% based within the focus areas will be accepted.

PROJECT REGISTRATION FEE;

For each project registered on the site, a fee of $20.00 (twenty) dollars will be charged. For projects presented at the fair, a fee of $30.00 (thirty) dollars will be charged. These fees will be charged to cover the costs of maintaining the site, as well as the analysis of the projects, ensuring that they fall within the FOCUS area.

DATES FOR PRESENTATION OF PROJECTS;

On August 28, starting at 9:00 a.m., Brazil time, the presentation of the projects will begin. It will then be opened to representatives of the Districts and Clubs, so that they can find sponsors for their exposed projects.
We will have a MEDIATOR at each table to facilitate understanding between the parties, sponsor and sponsored.

PROJECT PRESENTATION;

For each project, a time of 5 (five) minutes will be reserved, so that the legal representative can present their project to all the district representatives who will be eligible to sponsor their project. We will provide a projector for the presentation.

REPRESENTATIVE AND PROJECTS;

Only individuals who are qualified and authorized by the district governor or Rotary Foundation committee chair will be accepted to advocate for the project. If you are a representative of a club, the participant who will present the project must have authorization from the governor.
